TERMS AND CONDITIONS as of January 1st, 2023

 

Taste, My Tiny Wedding and Château Mas de Pradié strongly advise that you purchase trip insurance from your travel advisor or your insurance provider.

 

All bookings are made with Taste Farm Fresh and Taste of Aveyron, My Tiny Wedding,Château Mas de Pradié (may be referred to as ‘the hosts/us/we’). By booking a trip with us you have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.

 

Liability:

The Hosts shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to guests or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by the school, its agents or employees.  Basically?  You are responsible for your own well-being, and we cannot be held liable for injuries or death due to your activities on the property or in vehicles to tastings and tours.

 

Travel Restrictions:

These are always a possibility. In the event that we have to cancel your reservation due to any circumstance outside of our control we will reschedule to a new date at your earliest convenience.

 

Booking Conditions:

All pricing is in Canadian dollars. Important Trip Information that applies to your trip; and any Special Conditions that may apply (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us). Your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to on your booking invoice. You are free to participate in all or as many arranged experiences but we don’t provide refunds if you miss meals, events, excursions, etc. due to personal choice or other circumstances.

 

Tour itinerary may be subject to change without notice due to weather, availability, and/or accessibility of excursions and/or sites.

 

Accommodation is double occupancy. Includes all excursions, entry fees, and tastings.  All meals and wine with dinner is included during Culinary Experiences.

 

Your experience deposit is required at booking acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by us in writing via email once your deposit is received. The balance is due 90 days before your experience date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and your deposit is non-refundable.

 

Reservation Changes:

Because of our intimate size experiences, our tours require a significant advance booking and any cancellations or date changes affect us significantly and affords us little to no chance of rebooking.  As such, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place. If you cancel some or all portions of your booking the cancellation terms set out below will apply.

 

a.  A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation by email.

 

b.  If you have paid more than our minimum deposit, we will refund any amount in excess of your deposit, unrecoverable costs, and processing fee of $250 per guest.

 

c. Non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space (transferable to other people up 90 days before your experience  date).  The remaining balance + GST is due 90 days before your experience date . In the case that a tour is cancelled by Taste, My Tiny Wedding or Château Mas de Pradié, a choice of full refund or credit towards a new date will be provided to the client.

 

Group Bookings:

If you book a trip with us on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept, and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party, and that you have obtained all required consents to do so. By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. You are responsible for all required payments due in connection with the booking, and for notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required.

 

Experience Prices:

Our experience prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing, both of which are standard practice within the travel industry. This means our prices may vary at any time in accordance with demand, market conditions and availability. We reserve the right to impose surcharges up to 21 days before departure due to unfavorable changes in exchange rates, increases in transportation costs, increases in local operator costs, taxes, or if government action should require us to do so. Our experiences are confirmed to depart once they have met the minimum group size specified on the Experience page information, and the Experience Confirmation email has been sent.

 

Some Fine Print:

If a guest is considered by the hosts to be a danger to themselves, other guests or our staff, the guest may be required to leave, either immediately or within a specified time at the discretion of the hosts, and will not receive a refund (we’ve never had to do this).

 

All are welcome to Château Mas de Pradié and we will not discriminate  on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic.

 

Unless otherwise stated, Taste of Aveyron is available only to people 21 years or older. It may be possible to accommodate younger guests with prior approval, but this is only on a case by case basis. Please inquire before booking.

 

All itineraries are just possibilities, and represent the current way we are approaching the experience. Things may change. We make every effort to provide this exact experience, but unexpected circumstances may occur when dealing with authentic experiences and might mean we have to change plans. Even last minute, but we do have equal experiences and contacts up our sleeve.
